Zerobag honours all its obligations under the New Zealand law including under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy (either repair, replacement or refund).

What it Doesn’t Cover

Normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components, modifications or alterations, damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, improper storage, negligence, accident, or damage as a result of use of the product for which it was not designed.

Zerobag is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from the use of this product. To assess your claim we need to see the actual product and your proof of purchase.

This policy does not limit your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.
